Just take things at face value and see where you would have put teams over the past two weeks. Just for shits and giggles.

why is it a lack of serious though because its your team? just because you think you are far better than the LUEshis..doesnt make it true...what would have you changed about last week?

You know how many times i got my predictions wrong? I fessed up to them, but at least i posted what my thought process was and what matchups and key players i felt would effect the outcome of the game. You could read my post and piece together the puzzle of that particular game i was attempting to 'guess' right.

Granted, i got some right...but ultimately it was luck. What you have w/power rankings is totally different. You get to analyze RESULTS and predict which team is better by stacking up what they did vs. similar competition.

BUT YOU DON'T DO THAT. And that's the point i was trying to get across. Just look at the teams and the results, analyze the who they've played vs. who they're gonna play...and you should get a pretty good idea of who has a grasp in this league.

Once again, i didn't say anything to ruffle your feathers...i was just curious about what process you took to reach your conclusion, because obviously it was flawed.

I hope you continue your rankings, and please don't take skater and fats off your second team offense....kthnxbybye.

Last week you had the LUEs ahead of the Big Bois, if you would actually read your posts...you would have already responded to me. Obviously a lightweight like myself wasn't a concern.

apparently the only flaw was that your not ranked over the LUEshis...thats all ive gotten over your whiney crap...so if that was our only flaw, i apologize that your a far better team than the LUEshis and we didnt "reckognize"...anyways...we really dont feel like doing the rankings anymore since they are obviously biased towards the top teams...BUT LET THIS BE KNOWN....THE HANGOVERS ARE BETTER THAN THE LUESHIS 10 TIMES OUT OF 10!

I think Bear is more upset about the way you approached the subject then the actual argument. Spending time on these power rankings is fun for him im sure but not if people are nagging at him all the time. If I were in the same boat I wouldn't be doing these things because they cause more controversy then approval.

LUEshis just came off a solid 3-3 tie with the Bolts...sorry if that was a little more exciting than a win over your team....which is obviously a contender in this league that i didnt realize...

i never said anything about being a better team than anyone. It goes upon results.

think again about what i'm saying instead of inserting dramatized pieces of garbage like "THE HANGOVERS ARE BETTER THAN THE LUESHIS 10 TIMES OUT OF 10!". That's not gonna sway anyone w/common sense.

Just address the issue and move on. I don't care about my position in the rankings, hell i'm used to being sub-15. I just mentioned this same thing last week w/the Big Bois not getting the same respect and you ignored it. Don't act big and bad now and make it out to be that its just because it was my team.

Also, I feel our match with the Bigga Bois is not a really indicative of our current team. That was like our 4th game as a team, and a lot of our players were still too low leveled to compete. Now that we have closed the talent gap, now we can compete. I don't think we'd lose to them by 4 touchdowns if we played them again, but I could be wrong.

But looking at your first post...
So we beat the LUEs and still we're ranked below them in the 'POWER RANKINGS'. You do know power rankings are NOT based upon records, right? And you do know we beat them TODAY...right?

I truly hope you understand the meaning of power rankings vs. standard standings...if you want this thing to be taken seriously.

That seems like an apparent angry way to make your argument, and you are shocked to see this kind of response from Bears?

Really..i dont mind discussion about it...but when someone obviously feels that the rating are flawed based on the fact they overrank themselves being a middle to lower team in this league...it kind of sends a message to me that it really isnt worth the time spent on it...i mean in all honesty...

the Hangovers will likely finish 8-7 and the LUEshis will likely finish 6-9-1...and the only thing that will have decided their fate is a 30-21 ball game and the fate of the Hangovers getting an easier opponent for the final game of the season...the rankings are obviously flawed based on that account...

PLEASE...dont make it like your all innocent now...you were upset to not see your team ahead of the LUEshis...plain and simple...dont make it about other teams when it this clearly was your thought from the get go...the Bois got their respect from us several power rankings ago and havent exactly capitalized on any of it...i dont care about swaying anyones opinion...because it sure as hell isnt going to change mine...

The Bois are on top of both of your teams anyways...dont see where it makes any sense to even bring them up? Unless you now feel they are better than the Mauraders...

Regardless of your current team...you got beat by us, and we got beat by the Big Bois. Seems you would still lose to the Big Bois even with your current team.

lets look at your record (if you want to examine 'power rankings')

you beat the anarchs 39-0, we beat them 55-0
you beat the crusaders 55-0, we beat them 61-0
you beat the knights by 8, we beat them 50-0
you did tie the bolts, and we lost to the bolts by 1 point.
you lost to the big bois by 27, we lost to them by 13.
you lost to the monkeys by 34, we lost to them by 27.
you lost to the pewnts 50-0. we lost to them by 30-3.
you lost by the aukland radiers by 25, we lost to them by 24.
Oh yeah, and you lost to us today.

Point being, if you analyze it (like you should if you're doing power rankings)...you would probably come to the conclusion, that maybe (just maybe) the Hangovers should be rated higher.

And that was the only point i was trying to make. You people have twisted this shit into something totally different, so don't start w/me about how i worded things and what my argument was.

I stated one thing from the beginning and if Bears Rule wants to dance around it and not answer the actual issues, then fine...i'm cool with that. At least some people can get a clearer picture.
