AAD is a top team in glb imo. Being here for three seasons is more a testament to how fast they rose through the lower level leagues than anything else. After a certain point, you can only get promoted quickly so far until you face a very challenging level disparity. Dogs and a few other teams are in the same boat.

Good luck whoever represents this league in the tournament. We accepted on the boards and in PM's but now cannot get a straight answer from anyone about it. Somehow after accepting Modok or someone changed it to BoB ,which is fine because they are a really well ran team and had they been originally asked I would not have thought anything bad about it, but the confusion here is really amazing. Was told something about original invitees had a deadline and if BoB didnt accept then we would take there spot etc but we were originally invited through PM and through this post and accepted. I really appreciate having been nominated on the boards to play in the tournament by my fellow peers. Quite an honor. We no longer have any interest in playing in this tournament as it appears to be one that would be haphazard.

I have assembled a committee that will invite 4 of the best teams from each of the 16 AAA leagues for a 64 Team, single elimination bracket divided into 4 regions, named for legendary GLB teams that are no longer - Yetis, Nighthawks, Mustangs, and Aces. Each region will feature 1 team from each of the 16 leagues, seeded by the committee, and your team has been selected to receive one of those invitations.

The winners of the 4 regions (the final four) will receive $10 prizes via paypal, with the winner of the tournament overall receiving an additional 25$. When the matchups are released, each lower seed team will have 3 days to challenge the higher seed team they are slated to play. After that, the higher seed team will have 24 hours to accept the challenge. The scheduling rule is the same format as Hazy's FPG.

Here is the list of invited teams - keep in mind it is subject to change should some teams elect to decline their invitations.

We will need confirmation of your acceptance by the morning of Thursday, April 16th.

I also had a pm that invited me to this tournament from one of your committee people and even after I showed you all that information you claimed I was confused that you had to wait on one of the original invitees which I was one of them according to the boards and pm's. As you so amazingly pointed out you cannot read pm's between committee people and myself which is true. That was my point on the lack of communication and haphazardness that went into this. You and the committee should have been better in tune with what you were doing and inviting the right people. So either you went again the league wishes or what your committee said or you had no idea what was going on and tried passing it off to me as I was confused. Either way, you were in the wrong. Maybe the rest of your tournament will go better. Best of luck!
