I never said I know it all but griffin and I clearly know a little more about the situation than something we just read in 1 article.

So for the record you are saying you want a depression equal to or greater than the great depression over implementing some socialist ideals? While I am a fan of democracy I dont know where it has been established that all socialist/communist ideas are bad.

And the whole worry with royalty (and corporations) is that you don't?

It's like musical chairs over here. Even when they don't get elected, they get appointed to a government post, or sit on the board at one of these corporations, or both. It's a disgrace.

Oh, ya, well see that opens another can 'o worms.

This last election we had people come out in droves to vote for a man they really didn't know what he stood for. And why'd they do it? Two reasons.....1) he's black 2) he wasn't George W Bush

Add in to this the fact that corporations like AIG gave the most contribution money to the Obama team before the elections, and then add crooked-ness like whats'-his-face in Chicago selling his seat, etc etc

Ya, we can elect him OUT next time. But this last election has proven just how stupid too many people in this country really are.

Once again you are hopeless. Heres a news flash for you zeke. Democracy and the illusion of a free trade market are the reason we are in this mess in the first place. In a cut throat economic system we have set up with no regulations we have people fudging the books and making their own rules just to satisfy the company's bottom line and the shareholder's wealth.

Haha the whole ironic thing that relates to all of us here is for all you supporters of this kind of governmental action and control, how long do you think, once the USG makes socialized health care, you'll be turned down for coverage because you play a "high-risk" sport like football?

Playing here will be the only place left to do it...that is if the govrnment decides it's good for us. LOL!
