It USED to be that the teams that played in the League Finals got moved... Not the conference Finals.

Yes, but now as CPU teams get moved down to A lvl (or BBB, etc.) more teams move up. In this case EEAA3 has 4 CPU teams, therefore two Teams from EEA5 and EEA6 should move up. However there will be teams sold or given up at seasons end, therefore plenty of additional teams might get the call to move up. Last season if I remember correctly 4 teams from alpha alone moved up...

.....id hope warclaw gets promoted then not ithaca...
