Where did the 8-coming-down-from-OPL come from? I just looked at their league, and see only one CPU team, which means at least five are coming down. And of the four automatic demotions spots, only one was a gutted team that would drop all the way down - the other three looked like they should go to AAA. So I don't see why we're thinking that there's going to be a big chain reaction.

I'm anxious to see if Waikiki and us get moved up or not. It kinda has an impact on recruiting. Guess we'll find out soon..

Ha, don't you be worrying about me and recruiting. What I was referencing was the fact about suggested league levels and some agents prefer to only play in AAA+.

I will tell you this, dont think recruiting AAA is going to be any easier. I have been recruiting as a AAA all season for Sydney, as well as two other current AAA teams and it is tough. Most of those guys say "AAA or Pro only", but when the Pro's come a callin, it is usally a done deal.

Now that being said, I do have a great class lined up for season 8, but it wasn't easy.

Decatur has a few people lined up for next season as well. I am looking forward to the Waikiki game for sure!

Boy, does Sydney ever have a Hell of a Season 8 incoming class.
And from my experiences with Tonga in AAA#1, recruiting for an AAA team is an interesting gig. Many agents would take a 3rd-string spot on a Pro Team than have to split snaps evenly on a AAA team, and it's a challenge.

You guys will get it done, for you have the hardware, and if they don't sign, then they are missing out on a great experience with a great team!

You're a class act, bud. I appreciate it, and I hope you'll join us next year. Play the entire season like you did in the 2nd half, and you'll get there. You're so, so close.

Very true. It doesn't matter who gets promoted, when there's a power vacuum someone else will ALWAYS step up. There will always be new teams to put together the pieces and compete.

GLB is no different than the NFL. Teams come and go on based on the current breeze of the wind.
