The reason they ran as much as they did, is because they were ahead.

Even if your gameplan is set to run your gameplan and not deviate, if you get ahead late in the game you will run every snap no matter what.

They didn't run against us because they were down 27-0. They were in catch up the entire game, so the simulation had them throwing a lot.

Im a receiver for MN, and i have to say, you guys played a hell of a game. Your corners held me to only 23 yrds, so congratz on that. i know im not the greatest, but thats some hell of defense you guys have. now, i know this thread was for smack talk, and some things said were taken personally, and even tho i didnt say any of it, i am sorry that it got that way. i for one dont like to talk smack, basically because if i dont back it up, it makes me look like a fool and i dont want that. i like to show respect to everyone, no matter how they played. if i played bad, ill admit and give the respect the other team deserves. again, congrats on your team holding us to "0"

Why would a member of my team need to contact any member of a rival team ? There is absolutely no need for it. So why did it happen ? I smell a rat here.

And I dont blame losses on the game engine bro. I just told you that I DID NOT gameplan correctly. It was human error. There was no CPU game engine conspiracy.

Also, if you really want to know about our offense ... we were setup to go deep 29%. Thats how lightly we took your garbage CB's. And guess what ? I still completed 50% for 200 + yards ZERO INT's. Your CB's truly are scrubs. They didnt shutdown anything. Even with no run game we still passed the ball freely all over the field. Again, my fault for getting too cocky and not attacking the correct areas of the field. Next time son. Peace.


p.s. I really dont care if we go 8-8 or 9-7. Long as we get into the playoffs I will be happy. It would be great to be the # 8 seed and knock off the # 1 seed just as the NY Giants did.

davitrav, while trying to remain neutral in this argument i sincerely hope you are joking about them having a spy on your team. This is a little web-based football game that many people, myself included, really only use as a brief distraction during work . I don't think anyone would take the time to contact and/or create a spy on your team.

Now, for Gazpacho.. You just wait my man. You will get yours. It was game 2 of the season when we played. We've got tons of time to build up and kill you in the playoffs. My focus will now shift to smacking the OK City Thunderstorm. Maybe they will take smack a little less personally.
