it was certainly a disappointing playoffs, hopefully next year Lord Stanley will be ours

yeah that hurt us, plus the Penguins are just too young and explosive. none of our veterans besides Jagr wanted to step up, and our young guys are still too young to take over a series like Crosby, Hossa, and Malkin can. Hopefully Jagr will resign and our young guys like Staal, Dubinsky, Dawes, and Callahan will be just nasty with this year's experience under their belts.

I'm glad we've had a stretch of easy games so we can be well rested for at least the first one.
