Both this league and our BBB was pretty consistent on getting 30 minutes early.

It also depends on your order within the league, I think. It's definitely not 100% consistent for me, but maybe I'm crazy....

Not crazy. We are at the whim of the cpu I'm afraid and what ever order it decides to do the games in. I have noticed that sometimes some of the other teams here get there results before I do and sometimes I'm first.Might be a home team by alphabet thing. Maybe ?

First, when the hell does the new season start? I'm getting antsy.

Too much bitching in the forums, Bort had to drop everything and fix some shit that wasn't really that big of a deal. That cost us a few days so this offseason should be about 2 weeks all told.

There were a few times in BBB10 where we had games done 15 min past the hour, and other times where the game didn't even start til 30-40 minutes into the hour and sometimes where we couldn't get any results at all until exactly the end of the hour. Definitely not 100% consistent. I used to think it was team number of the home team, but i had no way to confirm when other teams finished. I used to have a good idea how it assigned numbers to games back when you had to track the game number to be able to watch the pbp as it simmed.. but that may have changed.

I've still got money on it being based on alphabetical order of the home team.

I found out about our ass beating from BRR about 15 minutes into the hour.

If anyone is a refreshing zealot like me, maybe we can try to collect some data.

Nova Scotia games were pretty consistent and simming by 30 minutes into the hour. Towards the end of the season it was around 25 minutes past the hour.

I think there was only one game that I had to wait up until the actual sim time.

Lol yeah I refresh my LBs page until I see the stamina down. Then I get nervous lol.

I actually posted a thread about this in Suggestions a season or two back. I'd requested either a set time, or some sort of countdown notice on your team page so you'd know how much time is left for last second DC / AI changes. Got a little play (for and against) & moved to Epic before I started talking to the Admins. They basically said that while they liked the idea, it's impossible based on how they have the sims programmed to run.
I asked about it because of a couple times I actually needed those last few minutes, and the sim kicked off 10-15 minutes ahead of it's 'normal' time.

I'd be up for trying to do a little data mining and see if we can't try to pinpoint if it's anything beyond a random execution.
