Define clearly. Most of the country clearly thought that USC would put a whooping on Oregon State but look what happened. Florida would clearly beat Ole Miss right now, but wait they didn't during the regular season. All I'm saying is crazy shit happens in college football, and I don't think any team in the nation would "clearly" beat any of the top teams, as evidenced by all the one-losser's at the top, save for Utah and Boise State
