If you would have paid your players they would not be able to leave earlier. Quit blaming others for your own actions. Step up and be a man and accept responsibly for your actions. Everyone wants out because you have no idea what you are doing. Its your own fault that they are leaving. If you don't pay your players and offer an explanation why. Its fair game to try and sign them, that is why they changed the rule to allow players to get out of their contracts.

It's actually a two way street. I don't think most support not paying players either. But there is a difference in "Hey I just sold this team to person A. I want to get as many people from this team on the new team as possible, because person A is a bad owner. Would you like to come play for me?" and the above message. The message you quoted is someone covering their bases as a recruiter. There doesn't appear to be any malicious intent in that message. If your players have already made the decision to leave due to not being paid, they are as good as gone. Nothing you do will stop that short of paying them. So as a recruiter, you might as well get started early before the free agent circus that will definately be coming once they are free. IMO, not paying your players and then not giving a reason why they are not being paid = setting yourself up for problems like these. Just learn from it and move on.

What I am confused on is that silenthatered just said the same things everyone else has been saying (although with much less emotion) and his post was ignored. But everyone else is an idiot. This is the piece de resistance of Hypocrisy.

I guess in the end the main thing here is the players were not paid for a couple of days which gave them the opportunity to jump ship.

I don't see how anyone can blame those players for leaving - if I didn't get paid and wasn't sent any PM explaining the situation then I would jump also - and would try to sign with someone I know could run a team.

I'm not going into ..."this owner try to steal my players" - or "this owner doesn't know what he is doing"..it doesn't really matter..

..basically the players couldn't have left the team if the owner kept paying their contracts - thats it plain and simple.

Cade, do us all a favor and go to the roof of the building your in with Florida and jump off.

We, as players have every right in the world to play for the team that we choose. When Florida_boi took over, we were told that nothing would be changing so I agreed to stay on the team. As soon as he did take over, there was no game planning or anything even related to a team anymore. I was willing to play out my contract but my player was not paid for 3 days, without any explanation whatsoever, so I left. If I'm paying to boost each season and trying to develop a good player, I will do what I need to do to go where I'm appreciated and where I believe there's a chance at winning.

Neither Winger nor Skinzfan tried to get me here. I found them and went to a team where I would be appreciated.

Florida_boi, get over it already and just start building a team that you have complete control over. Oh yeah, and try to communicate with your players so they actually know what is going on.

To the few that support Florida_boi, feel free to PM me and I will further explain my player's situation.
