Crushers laid the O-Pro smack down on SE Asia 7-0 #2 ranked Singapore Marauders. Ok it was only 3 points but as many close ones as we lose it’s nice to see it go our way.

Six O-Pro teams get mentioned in SI's GLB-wide coaches poll. Looks like there wasn't much voting going on, but we all got a little attention out of it.

TITs get #11 Monmouth tomorrow.

McGruff's mindgames won't fool us at Monmouth. Only our own mindgames will fool us.

McGruff's midgames? He still has much to learn, the ways of the Jedi still elude him. His powers are strong for a young one, but still a Jedi master he is not. Soon his skills will be tested and only then will we learn if in him lies the force.

Yes, Yoda was a green Space Gnome.

I got into a stupid ass argument over on some Canadian A forums. A bunch of people over there were talking about how awesome USA AAA leagues were and how only USA and Canada Pro were better.

So, since I am not wasting enough time on GLB I did a little research to get the facts. Here is all of the games between USA Pro and the USA AAA leagues Vs. OPL from season 5 forward, I thought this would be a good place to put the data.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=271263 USA Pro League OPL L

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=194433 OPL W

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=193356 USA Pro League OPL W

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=206539 USA Pro League OPL W

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=194845 OPL W

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=196498 USA Pro League OPL W

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=268356 OPL W (Season 6)

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=269172 OPL W (Season 6)

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=192642 OPL W

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=194457 OPL L

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=194799 USA Pro League OPL W

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=201156 OPL L

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=194247 USA Pro League OPL L

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=194670 OPL W

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=194565 OPL W

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=193325 USA Pro League OPL L

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=270033 USA Pro League OPL L

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=193472 OPL L

OPL Vs. USA Pro 4-4
OPL Vs. USA AAA 7-3

Not too shabby OPL, not too shabby at all...

These guys were in USA Pro last season but gutted in the off season and are now in a BBB league, WSI played them twice last year with positive results.

They aren't USA Pro anymore so it's understandable if you don't count them.

Of all the OPL-USA PRO wins you posted, only 3 of them are against decent teams, and they all come from the MM and WSI, our best two teams.

None of the defeated USA teams were top 5 teams.

The OPL losses say more than the wins, IMO.

I am not trying to say we are better then the USA Pro league, I am trying to say we are WAY better then the USA AAA leagues.

Also, I didn't want opinion, I wanted to see the actual outcomes, I could only include the games that were actually played.

That's because USA Pro = SEC. They load up the interconference schedule against Division III teams and navel gaze their way into the top of the rankings. Personally, I think that the fact that the USA Pro teams (new guys excluded) are reluctant to scrimmage against other Pro teams says that they're not all they're cracked up to be. If they want to prove otherwise, they need to do it on the field.
