This year's Texas team would be Florida by double digits - no problem.

VY's Texas team would have beat Florida. Their secondary may have been the best Florida would ever see, and WR's would not be wide open like they normally are against inferior CB's making Tebow look good

Tebow makes himself look good. And I won't go out and say that UF would beat UT but I do know that I would definitely like to see that game play out. And let me remind everyone that Florida has no seniors starting on their defense and only 3 playing prominent roles on their offense. So I'm pretty excited to see them for the next couple years even with Percy and Spikes most likely gone after this year.

I think it would be a close game but UT would definitely pull it out. I don't watch much of Floria but Tebow seems as if he has became infinitely better at passing than he was his Fresh. year. Is that right letan or is that just the highlights?

No he has not (at least a whole lot). Check highlights. 80% of them show WR's with a 5+ yard cushion to throw the ball into. Also, it shows them adjusting their routes to get to the ball.

He has gotten better but I still wouldn't call him a great passer. He still makes some not so great passes. He's gotten better as the season has gone on though. And you can't fault the guy for having Percy and the other WRs on the team. It's their job to get that separation and he hits them. I mean he's obviously fairly good because he has had a pretty good passer rating and doesn't throw many interceptions. I know I'd take him over any other QB in the nation.

Can't fault him for having them, but when he can't hit them on a route, thats not good. Almost every pass I see him throw more than 15 yards down field, the WR has to adjust his route to get to it.

I actually looked up his stats and his comp. % has dropped to 66%. I'd take it anyday and along with only 2 INT's this year (9 in his career in 600 attempts) thats pretty darn good.

Well don't forget also that he may be coached to throw to the open spot and let his WR go get it. Offenses are insanely complicate and it is pretty often hard to tell when a good pass or bad pass is made.

Once a WR gets position (inside or outside) on a corner in man, all you have to do is put the ball where the WR has the positional advantage and if he runs a 3.7, he will go catch it.

All I'm saying is that he may just be playing conservatively, especially the way they have been pounding people the past several weeks.

And VY had some players on that team also. Don't get mad at Tebow because he has good WR. As good as VY was, it wasn't 1 on 11 football.

That Rose Bowl was the first time I've ever thought to myself "I'm watching one of the greatest things ever" while it was happening. And then Pete Carroll was all like "4th and 2, we will keep Reggie Bush on the sideline for this play". I still can't get over that.
