Dublin knows what they are doing. They were by far the best coaching team in this league. In season 5 they beat Mannheim (who on the scouting bars had a better team).

We had them in the regular season, they had us when it mattered.

UPCOMING GAMES OF THE WEEK - I think I could go at least 15-1 with my picks this week (the Xela vs. Maniacs game being the one I question), but since I've been giving games of the week, here they are:

Alpha Conference
Reykjavic at Sinsheim - The Vikings vs. MC Airs game is the only one that I think has really any chance of going to either team, although I expect the MC Airs to repeat their performance of Season 5, and again dominate the Vikings. No offense intended to the Vikings, I just don't think they are quite ready for the playoffs this season, while Sinsheim looks to me to be ready to step into the playoff picture. Line: MC Airs by 17.

Zeta Conference - The Xela vs. Maniacs game probably could go either way, but its only implications are for season-end relegation, so I'm not going to pick it this week. The Jaguars vs. Destruction game could be entertaining, at this point I'm having a hard time caring about anything Mannheim does until its Week 16 match-up with Tilburg, so I'll instead go with:
Helsinki at Siena - I have the Crabs as a top 3 or 4 team in Zeta and IL PALIO as a bubble playoff team that will be fighting it out with Chernobyl to get the eighth seed in the playoffs. In each season, Helsinki has progressively beaten Siena by an increasing number of points (17 in S3, 25 in S4, and 47 in S5). This is the season that I think that pattern changes, although I still think Helsinki comes out on top. Line: Helsinki by 23.

EDIT: Let me know if anyone wants more strength of schedule information. I didn't put the values for the SOS there, but it may help, as you could see that Hattgenstein has BY FAR the easiest remaining schedule (e.g., the Vols last 10 opponents have combined for 21 wins and have an average Power Rating of 7.905, while the next easiest schedule is the Bunnies', whose opponents have 26 wins and an average Pwr Rating of 9.046).

I have three SOS measures: (1) # of opponents wins, (2) average power rating of opponents; and (3) a portion of the power rating itself that relates specifically to opponents and opponents' opponents win % and GLB ratings (also the only one of the 3 that takes into account when a team is gutted so that a team gets more credit for beating the team prior to its gutting). The listed ratings average each team's position in the three measures, but I could put them up individually too if anyone wants to see it.

Mannheim has always been my favorite Zeta team...I'm just not sure they will be challenged all that much until Week 16. (Although the Crabs and Destruction are at this point clearly the best chances for there to be some challenge).
