well yeah they're two of the best teams in the game and they went through A4 to be who they were and are

who has ever promoted through A3 to be as good as those two??????

The former Columbus Crush. They were in A3, moved up to AA2, for 2 seasons, and were supposed to move up to AAA, but the owner sold the team. Parsippany Pain is another.
