I remember 90-year old Joe as a backup for Tampa Bay in the mid '80s. I learned later that he was a QB for the Bills and a damn good one, by all accounts.

Keep your core together and work on a couple key areas and you'll be very tough to beat. We started with a good core and grew as a team.
