If I change the score of that one game to 176-0, it predicts Waller goes 16-0. Basically it thinks your defense sucks because you gave up 3 points to a team that hasn't scored all year. Once someone else scores on that team, it will probably even out.

There are some flaws in the spreadsheet, but with Satchmo in a coma, it probably won't be updated any time soon. It's locked, so I can't mess with any formulas.
