BigPlayChad8's players are definitely making a considerable difference to our squad this season, along with some of our other new players (Scotty Thunder, Jekyll & Hyde), and our old stars Ryan Farsight, RunForest Run & Sweetness !, Champagne Room, Ima Crushya, Harvey the Glove and Marcus Tru, etc...

We still feel we have a long way to go if we want to finish on top. The Beavers proved in the playoffs last season that no team is unbeatable. We won't forget that lesson.

In EEP a few seasons ago, the team I GM for there (Prague) had a 32 game winning streak (this is before the era of scrimmages)...the game we lost? The championship game. Unreal...

I got a valuable lesson over the offseason. While I was scrambling trying to fill a roster with level 20ish players, the top teams were trying to improve by recruiting 30's - amkes for interesting gameplanning Whether we would have had a shot to recruit those high level players without getting the lower levels first is probably doubtful though.

once you got a solid base you can start to be picky and look for them great builds.... you will get there soon at the pace you are going.

Haha, so Illig you're saying that earlier on you weren't too picky about your player's builds and was just going for high level players and now you're starting to look for great builds?

But oh yeah, Chunky, kudos to you, we've been keeping up with your squad and it certainly has made steady improvement. Just keep at it, it's tough competing against some of the squads here that have been established over 3 seasons... but you're certainly on the right track.

That's somewhat true... 7 or 8 players don't make a squad that's for sure. However, Champagne Room isn't even close to the star he was last year . 17 catches in 8 games and the fella has been inactive for over a week? Yikes.

We'll be fine, I'm just plotting and planning to work out how to jump that rather steep hurdle between 8th and 9th with bad tiebreakers and a bad crossover matchup!

All I know is that Cheyenne is at the top of the list AND THEY SHOULD BE.

So great work.

Seven players. Three at Level 34, the remaining four at Level 32. That's a big investment in the team...and it looks like it's paying dividends.

I just went by to look at some of the USA Pro leagues players and they only have some at level 32-37. Considering we are just an A league team speaks volumes about the coaches and they great job they did in recruiting...

Nothing against Cheyenne, they are a great team, but IMO build >> level

However, it appears that those level 30's they on CMAF do have good builds.
