You know I have been reading all of your predictions. (well the ones that had all 16 teams) and I was wondering how in the hell you could rank a team with all mostly all level 1 guys higher than another team. Who in the world would we beat this season to rank in 14th or 15th place? Then I looked around the conference at where some of the other teams are. You know we may just win a game this season. I am shocked about this guys. I was really expecting to be last with a bullet.

I would make my own predictions but I don't know your teams well enough. you can guess by level but I like to see how they are coached first. level doesn't always win games

Yeah one reason i don't rank all 16 is because of all the new teams and the ones getting gutted. I don't know how the bottom will shake out.

I put Terror last only because they have like 8 players on their roster. Alot can/will change in the next few days when more players are lost and added.

And waaay back to Joeys thing about picking games each week, i'd be up for it as long as people don't take it personal

Well, I am at work and we still have no power at home, but will stay late at work today and do them from here later, maybe. If not you guys have a great little convo going on right now, lol.

Everyone is invited to put up a top 8 or 16 on here before mine come out later tonight, hopefully.

I think the Smokers are clearly the team to beat and no surprise are my top team. But my next 4 teams (CCC, Dayton, Athens and Helsinki) could go either way as I think they are evenly matched and their is no clear order. I think they will come down to game planning in each of their matchups. Do I think Helsinki can be the 2nd ranked team absolutely, but I'd rather say we are the 5th best so we can play the underdog all season!!!! Then their are the 3 other playoff contenders (Red Lights, BOR and Doom)

Probably. I only spent about 10 minutes total and didn't do any in-depth analysis. I think at the time my thought was that some of the back ups looked a little lite.

Epic predictions right here. Based completely on my instincts, which are impeccable.

1)smokers - surprise right?
2)Dayton- They look damn good, plus, ultra's avatar is smechsy
3)nighthawks- taking a chance on the basically unproven Rb leading the team
4)CCC
5) devils- while still lower leveled than most teams, always seem to play up to their competition
6)Red Light
7)BOR
8)doom
9)drunken monkeys
10)Avalanche
11)sprouts
12)frankfurt
13)norsemen
14)terror
15)bastards
16)huskies


The later ones were a bit hard to predict.

Did your impeccable instincts tell you about all the Avalanche contracts that expire on day 1?

Joey must have you ranked 17th, Huskies didn't even make his list

Hehe, I was planning on last place too, until I saw the Huskies, well, and then I saw the two soon to implode teams. They have cash (might have loans too) though, so they may still be able to cobble something together if someone actually takes them over soon, but wow are they going to take a chem hit.

Soooo, I might as well talk some smack and say the bastards are going to win the conference (**note I didn't say which season**)!
