I just read that over 25% of California's population wasn't born in the United States.

Only 6.4% of those are illegals. Immigrants who come to this country legally in search of a better life are one of the best parts of our national fabric.

that is pretty slick. you could cook your steak on a cast iron skillet(the best way) and it would still taste grilled. BRILLIANT!

That's how I do it. Grills are great for some things, but steaks are not one of them in my opinion.

If set up correctly and timed right a grill can produce some great results on steak. However a cast iron grilled steak is consistently great.

not really. both methods require proper temperature and timing

the grill is for marinated steaks, for just a dry rubbed steak i do cast iron. its the only way to get the right crust on it.

well the smoke house gets the smoke infused into the steak without cooking it in the slightest. and then you buy it and cook it at home.
