Have fun getting sacked then.
Sacks can happen at Tick 32 (sometimes sooner, but that’s most common). That’s why getting to the First Down marker on Tick 28 (like Legolas does) is so important. The combo of 100 Snap and 70 Sprinting outperforms 100 Sprinting for the first 10 yards. But that’s not going to be the game anymore. Passing game is going vertical.
And if you want to complete those 20yd+ passes, you’re going to need burners on the edge to create the opportunity as fast as possible. The ball flight will be slightly slower but that helps CBs catch up. It’s why people are seeing more CB INTs, instead of LB INTs. Arching the throw stops the LB INT but does give the CB more time to get the PD or INT. Which is good because that’s football.
But most teams already had “slow” (Sprinting) CBs. Most have 40yd times near 5 sec; both Zone and Man teams. That’s not going to change much in my view, though it’ll increase some. What CBs are going to need is a lot more Footwork so they can backpedal faster and farther before they have to turn their hips and use Sprinting. My elite cover Non-S* CBs used to have 81 Footwork but I build Deflection & INT focused ones now with 71 Footwork. With faster WRs, you’re going to have to push Footwork back into the low 80s at least.
I don’t see the Sprinting SP savings. Receivers and the Defensive Secondary are all going to get faster. Feel free to prove me wrong.
My bad

WRs and TEs will get quicker. All other will not.
