70 catches on 114 attempts. No screens.

Cleveland or Saul may have more though. I didn't check.

What is the most receptions in a game for a non-screen TE/WR? Plagueis just had 15 for 175

You realize xars just posted his receiver who went 24 for 36 right?

But if look into earlier HOF receivers because wr3 route was broken.

Since Academy is a balanced team, Plagueis will probably never beat it.

So you want the Belgarion highlight film? GE, didn't you get enough of that with all the scrims you threw my way?

Anyway Belgarion had a 43 of 58 game for 614 yards. Or perhaps you prefer the 35 of 57 for 647.5 yard game? Both in S11 Veteran.

No screens.

15 is pretty normal for team stars. 43 receptions is an almost near impossibility these days sans screens except to maybe the TE. Wr3 defenses have been adjusted and wr2 is the next best option to target which is still tough even if someone runs specifically cb1 blitzes. Not enough plays reliably hit wr1,4, or 5.

37 of 49 for 358 in season 12 (competitive game)
33 of 43 for 322 in season 15 (non-competitive game)

Academy runs a ton of plays that hit WR 1. Plagueis is WR 1 on 2 WR plays.

he doesn't really care about what others have done, he just wanted to post that. i'd imagine the majority of fury vs GE games our TE has over 15 receptions

What I am saying is you will never target WR1 43 times without throwing a WR1 screen against any man defense. Might be possible facing an entire game of zone but it will still be somewhat hard to do.

TE and WR3 you can accurately predict in most cases if you are using the right plays against man or zone. WR2 is 3rd on the list for accuracy. WR1 and 4 don't have the best plays for hitting on a regular basis. Although with the new plays maybe someone can figure out WR4 more often. FB only has chalice as a regular hit. HB has zero plays as a regular hit afaik.

Ya the TE position has so many reliable targeting routes I think it would be fairly easy for a team to target them 40 times a game if that is what you were trying to do.

WR 4 is good with SBS flanker double dig I think, not easy in most plays though

The most targets plagueis has had at wr1 all season in one game is 10.

If he played WR1 and then WR3 also, like Plagueis, it is possible. But then again, it would only be possible if I passed 100% of the time, which I don't even come close to that, so he will never break the record.

Actually, WR 1 on a man coverage is probably one of the easiest and most consistent passes Bane completes to Plagueis. All those I-Form/Pro Set quick hits, like Double Wheel, TE Cross, SS Pressure. He catches most of those passes.
