And I disagree with that. Manning is definitely up there for the best ever. The only reason people don't say he's the best ever is because he's only won one Superbowl, which is a crock of shit. Superbowl wins are more indicative of how good the team is, not the QB. Does anyone think Trent Dilfer is worthy of holding Manning's jock strap because he has as many Superbowl wins? Does anyone think Dilfer was a better QB than Marino because he won a Superbowl and Marino didn't? You can be a great QB and not win championships because the rest of your team sucks. New England's first Superbowl win with Brady was due more to the defense shutting down the Rams than Brady's play. Terry Bradshaw won 4 Superbowls yet no one ever includes him in the discussion for greatest QB of all time. Stats are an important part of determining who the best ever was, and I think Manning is definitely right near, if not at, the top of greatest QB's ever.
