Im having an ocular migraine right now, which means I am completely shit out of luck as far as studying for finals tonight.
It also means Ill be having a migraine tonight/tomorrow, before and during finals. Can I do anything about it? You bet your ass I can't. I get to sit here in pain, half blind until my body decides it's done being an idiot. FUCKING HOORAH.

I am going to become the doctor who cures migraines once and for all. This is just horrible. Do not want.
On a side note, anyone here have any luck dulling the pain a little using any method? Tylenol and Excedrin are meh.

Technical writer at an engineering firm. Finally putting that college degree to good use. They interviewed over a dozen people, and I made the final three. After a pretty awesome followup, they chose me. I'm feeling pretty good because apparently the competition was really, really good.

My wife gets 'em from time to time. I make a poor-man's Excedrin by giving her an extra strength acetaminophen (Tylenol) and two regular strength aspirins and have her drink a Coke. She's small, so you might want to do two and three, respectively. That's basically a higher dose of Excedrin right there, but she says it works the best of any OTC med she's tried. It doesn't make it go away, but makes it more manageable.
