lol

I've given up on the PUP. stat interface is just too bad. playcalling diversity is close to zero. not enough humans involved to be interesting. not sure why they half assed (1/4 assed?) it when they could have made it more polished with minimal effort...but oh well.

They felt that they met there care quota for last season. Maybe next season?

No I'm not. I just feel like I've found a new way to build players that nobody has ever figured out before. I also know it's the best way. I don't want anybody to build players for me because that will just get in the way of my ultimate plan!!!

Oh, and

Mine finally made Vet, seems to be doing ok: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/264513/2618040

He'll have some impressive plays and often breaks more sacks than gives up, but not to the point that it could ever be a reasonable weapon.

Such a pretty TE in that play.

Hmm, I have a Pro HB with 52,461 unspent SP and he just had a 339 yard game.

Either the skills I have taken are the only important ones, or PUP testing isn't meaningful.

433, though not his highest average per carry.

This was a pretty nice play: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/270964/4001497

The Juke made it an inside run, so he could Surge for the first down.

Juke setting up a Surge. Can't say I've seen that before.

I completed phase 2 of my elusive back testing. Here is the old build and the new build:

Carrying Grip 35 > 35
Elusive Running 80 > 81
Carrying Awr 67 > 74
Balance 22 > 21
Footwork 84 > 13
Quickness 55 > 40
Sprinting 53 > 99
Conditioning 99 > 70
Heart 36 > 25
Gold Spin > Gold Surge
Gold Juke > Gold Juke

So the major things that changed are maxing sprinting instead of conditioning and a lot less footwork (and correspondingly dropping out Spin for Surge). Didn't have the SP for the footwork and the sprinting. Additionally, quickness and heart are lower because of how many SP I had to spend and how the caps worked out on the build, respectively. I think these gaps are big enough to effect the outcome, but not significant compared to the main changes that I am trying to test.

Cliffs: I am testing whether max sprinting or conditioning is more important on an elusive back, and if footwork is useful.

Excluding 2 games from the first dot where he only had 6 and 10 carries as outliers, here are the range and median (min/median/max format) in a few stats for both backs' Vet season:
Carries - 17/23/33 > 16/22/34
Yards - 84/157/319 > 59/185/456
YPC - 4.1/6.7/11.4 > 3.7/8.7/16.9
TD - 0/1/4 > 0/2/6
Fum - 0/1/3 > 0/1/3
FumL - 0/0/2 > 0/0/2

So seems to be a slightly better back. More yardage potential, but perhaps more importantly, clearly more TD potential.
