well i based it off of the hint and what you said:
2) Threads are a moving target and your clue needs to have reference points that NEVER moves. So, what in the forums never move? And before you think a stickied thread, that can be unsticked and made into a moving target, so it's not that.

now what did they do in the movie???? well they had 3 numbers, just like us. their numbers correlated to a page number, line, and letter.
4) I'll repeat that each column will lead to you a specific letter.

so,
all i did was click on forums. the first number represented how many to go down, so in the case of #2, go down 12 to free for all. the second number also indicates which thread to pick, down 7 this time to Boxing and MMA. Next is the letters. 4 represents the position of the letter to choose. the 4th letter in boxing is I. so the first letter in our 3 word answer is I.
