No, they are ALL bat shit crazy. It might take 20 years(or more, I haven't had that experience) to see it, but eventually they all show it. I've seen it surface in just a few short months, and seen it take 20 years...but eventually that crazy comes out. It's a chemical imbalance in their brains or something, I don't know ...estrogen or something effects their brain, or maybe it's the ovulating or menstrating that does it...but they all have it. Of course there are the ones you can tell are nuts the moment you meet them...those might actually be the best because at least you know what your dealing with from the get go

There is definitely a unique skill among those with Alzheimer's. When they get stuck in their loop, they can recount the same story with eerie precision. Every word the same, same tone, same gestures, etc., like you rewound a DVD.
