well, I guess im out.

So my pharmacy is in a shitty area and all but in less than 1 year we've had 3 pharmacists leave (technically 2, one passed away) and 5 techs leave. This is getting ridiculous. Every month someone is leaving. Makes it really hard to get a routine down when we have to keep training new people

It depends. Some of the older ones are in pretty bad areas.

We have both. There's a Walmart with faux granite in the bathrooms up north in my city. The one I sub at in Woodland Park is very nice being that it's a more affluent township. We're directly in between 2 homeless shelters in an older, poorer part of town, and we're the oldest Walmart in the city, in an aging building that has been there since the 60s. It floods pretty often when it rains (but just in the management areas, which is the most beautiful type of karma) and they're probably shutting the store down when the new one by a community college and military base opens up. Which would be awesome because it's closer to me.
