Its funny how a products past affects its present and future. I just saw a turbo charged version of the VW Beatle (new), and it looked quite striking. Its almost as if VW would have been better served taking the technology and performance gimmicks, and then attached them to a newer vehicle that doesn't have the past to overcome that this one does.
those Turbo Beetles are pretty sweet. my Verizon guy has one with mag wheels and a spoiler and nice leather bucket seats. it looks great..........for a girls car.
