As of today I am the only person in my pharmacy who knows how to do every administrative, inventorial, procedural, and technical job, including pharmacists. I was hired less than a year ago out of a liquor store and there are people in there certified who have worked as techs longer than I've even been an adult. There's a girl in there who was hired right after me (I beat her out for the first position) who graduated a 6 month program and got registered and certified, who is lazy as shit and about to get fired, and she makes more than I do simply because of the certification.

Never understood why a paper is weighted more than drive and intelligence, but meh. I'll take being indispensable.

"Made with premium white meat chicken, our Chicken Fries are coated in a light crispy breading seasoned with savory spices and herbs. Chicken Fries are shaped like fries and are perfect to dip in any of our delicious dipping sauces. Choose from BBQ, Honey Mustard, Ranch, Zesty, Buffalo and Sweet & Sour."

Why do I think they are really stretching the idea of "premium white meat chicken"?

Also, lol at "Zesty". I like to dip my foods in adjectives that describe what you are getting in only the vaguest sense. Coming soon: "Yummy".

We live in a lazy world. If you are an achiever, start you own business ASAP. That is the only way you will maximize your value.

Thought about this quite a few times but with my personality I'd overextend myself while I was still in school. I'd want to be a 60+ hour a week grinder/micromanager, which would be very incompatible with school before I get my degree.

Although if I ever win the lottery or come into a fair amount of money I'm going to open a pharmacy and have shit done the correct way. I'd probably end up hiring my 2 bosses and a couple of the techs I work with.

Also thought of starting a business aimed at single and/or busy people with things like single-serving packaged foods that would be easier to mix/match and make a full healthy meal of than what currently exists in the form of sodium and cholesterol loaded tv dinners. Side note: ever notice how meat dishes are never aimed at single-servings and vegetables almost never are? They're all made for a minimum of 2-3 people. Selling pre-cooked/pre-seasoned or uncooked servings of chicken, fish, beef, pork, vegetables, fruits, etc would do a lot for the health of single/busy people.

Should I eat a fast food meal, overly large serving of 1 item made for a family, or a quick skinless chicken cutlet paired with a single-serve portion of corn and a single-serving of pre-sliced apricot?

Yeah Im almost positive there's no regulation or requirements for using that term if burger king can use it for a Chicken Fry. There is nothing on a chicken shaped like a uniform fry, and I guarantee they're not grinding down the best quality white meat chicken to reform into a fry, you save that for the middle and crap cuts.

Double lol at zesty. Wtf?

One of my go to quick meals at home is a bag of the pre-cooked chicken strips and the steam in bag fresh green beans. It is a lot of beans for one person. It is also two servings of chicken, but I guess I am a pig, because it seems like just one.

the local Harris Teeter has a kale salad that is fcking awesome. it has like 20 ingredients, and the only dressing they put on it is orange juice. I can get a crab cske and a double order of kale salad for 4.99(they have other proteins, the crab cake is by far the best though). the crab cake by itself costs 4.99. its one of those "secret deals" that you have to know to ask for. my wife and I eat this combo 2-3x per week. it is healthy and delicious. and all I have to do to prepare it is heat the crab cake in the oven.

I think my point was..... pre packaged is not a good option. ever.

Was due to a phone upgrade so jumped to the new Samsung Galaxy S6. $299 w/ a new contract on AT&T for the 64 GB so not too shabby. Came in the mail yesterday and I drunk turned everything over from my old iPhone late last night.

Pretty solid so far, it's definitely a much more 'pretty' device than my iPhone 5. Screen is leagues above that iPhone. Battery seems to be much more honest (I always felt my iPhone wasn't a linear decline in terms of the battery %). It'll definitely need to be charged tonight but it doesn't seem like it will come anywhere close to dying, even with me using it pretty heavily.

Got a 40,000 mile/3 year full warranty on the car with a $100 deductible. It covers literally every mechanical and electrical part on the car, with the only exclusions being cosmetics. Called the company it's through and had them list me every single thing that would not be covered on a 2009 Forester and it's just the cosmetics and anything arising from direct negligence of maintenance, or pre-existing conditions. With my dealer's clean inspection and the carfax to show zero problems reported, I think I should be entirely covered for the next 3 years.

It costs $35 a month onto the car payment. Now Im new to this but that seems like a ridiculously good deal, am I missing something?

Edit: And I am triple covered on flat tires. My dealer said they will repair any flat I have for as long as I have the car from them, my insurance already covers flats, and the warranty covers roadside flat repair or tire change. Potholes be damned!
