pretty sure it is 12 level gains and 3 boosts. 1+12+3=16

The universe where you start from 1, not zero. i.e. GLBland

You start a lvl 1... you naturally level 12 times... 3 additional boosts.

see i knew the migraine was affecting my thinking. i was thinking this was the number of levels gained, not the final level. now i'm much more confident

FYI, the "12th" (decline) set of boosts was added with the conversion to age-based leagues and the concession to counting day-40 players the same as day-41 players. The true difference under the new system is that you can take advantage of that set of boosts at any point during decline, not just in the preseason before it.

HARD TIME getting thru this

I am not a game-nerd, nor a computer-wizard, not even english speaking, just one that enjoy the play

I feel that it is the few players on top (World-League) that runs the wish for quick level-up (and stay for 4-5 seasons)

I love the creation of new players
I like to watch how two players on same position turn out with different builds, skills ect.
That is why I always keep my Pee-Wee team
- but I was hoping to keep some of my players on a regular team

I notice that GLB have some young agents (or older) without money to use the BOOST
I also understand that GLB runs on the money that we put into the game
- but try keep it open also to those that can´t put big money into the game
Maybe GLB need to run two leagues - the BOOST-league and the NORMAL-league (free of boost)

I know a normal-league would not give same income as a Boost-league
- but then just cut some of the service !!!

I would probably want to take part in both
- keep a boosting team and enjoy a league, where money was not the question

PeeWee and Rookie has already taken a bad turn
- when agents can boost a 0-day players before season start and then first day of new season
Some teams use 0-day Players at level 7 !!!

Ok I know that even in NLF-draft you can strike GOLD
- but a whole rookie team on level 7 - that has to be too much steroide

Is the change in age relative to the level or the age of the dot at the end of the season?

If you do it by level you're screwing over everyone who boosts, especially before the first season. Those extra XP they gained will just be converted into extra ageing on their dot.

Age converts to age. It has nothing to do with the XP of the dot.
