Hmmm, sounds like someone doesn't know how to recruit or they are to lazy to recruit.

I know how to recruit and i am not lazy with recruiting point is i got a good group of agents that i am not just going to dump because their player level is too low.

This has been allowed by Bort for too long now. This design flaw ruins the competitve nature of the game for a majority of the player base it makes owners less likely to keep their players instead opting to dump them and pick up other higher level players there is no sense of team unless you want to sit around getting blown out for 2 seasons at a time until your players level up enough to be competitive but with the 10 season career limit on players it's going to be nearly impossible to go from BBB to PRO league with the same group of players.

This is not an issue to put off any longer Bort just do the bandaide fix for it this season and put in a better system next season. Thats what the majority of the owners want they want to keep their players on their roster and remain competitive every season.

How hard is that to understand?

That's not a design flaw at all, if an owner, every season, wants to dump is team and find a completely new team, let him. Eventually it will catch up with them, but saying someone should be punished for signing a few high level guys after they got promoted to a non capped league is just plain laughable. Everyone has the same right to do it, if you want to stick with your guys, more power to you but don't sit here and condemn someone for doing something to make their own team better that is completely within the rules just because it makes them better than your team.

the rules are flawed Bort needs to fix it and he can Fix it right now if he would just take the initiative.

Is it possible that Valenski might have lost some players? I know my team lost a few players who decided to retire or go help out a team they GM so I signed some high level guys. And BTW, the
mercenary excuse is a lame one, I signed players who I have connections with. Every single high leveled player I signed was mine, plays on a team with me or owns a team I play on. Just because someone signs a few high leveled guys doesn't mean they are looking for mercenaries or disloyal to their team.

Fix? This isn't a fix. This is a band aid. If anything, it hurts the league because it increases the chance the teams that are level 23-25 get promoted to AA which is level 45-50 and lowers the chances of the current level 40+ teams getting promoted. If anything, it will end up hurting more than helping.

Come on guys. There is more than 1 way to do GLB. Some teams slow build to make their teams better in a few seasons, some teams upgrade rosters and some teams stick together through winning and losing. It doesn't make one way better or worse than the other.

If you want to win it all every season, you will need to upgrade your roster. If you get promoted every season, then you need to upgrade your roster every season to be able to compete. If you want to stick with all the same guys, then there will be some seasons where you will have setbacks. I am on other teams where we all stick together and grow together. This is not the path that we have chosen with the Wrath. There are many ways to win in GLB and don't knock on other for playing in the system set before them to try and win. The thing that is frustrating for everyone in GLB is when rules change to appease complaining. I am all for improving this game, but I think that mid-season changes and setting rules and then changing them are bad for the game. Set up the system and let's run with it. If it needs improving, let everyone know what you are going to do and then stick with it.

The Wrath have been through the process with our Warsaw Team
Season 4 - A Conference finals (improved team)
Season 5 - A - 20-0 (improved team)
Season 6 AA - Conference finals (improved Team)
Season 7 AAA - 4th seed lost in semis (improved team)
Season 8 AAA Conference finals (improved team)
Season 9 - EEPL

& our Winnipeg Team
Season 5 - BBB - 20-0 (improved team)
Season 6 - A - Won championship (improved team)
Season 7 - AA - Conference finals (improved team)
Season 8 - AAA - lost in 1st round (improved team
Season 9 - AAA

This is the route that we have chosen for the Wrath and Washington is on the same path. We try our best every season to do what we need to do to win. If that means upgrading some of our talent, than this is what we will do. Our goal for every season is to win a championship and we will try our best every season to do this.

I understand why you guys are upset, but sticking with your current roster is a choice you made, just like we choose to upgrade ours.

Try to lay off Val, he is very passionate about his Washington team and winning a title.

I'm with Kswass

It's more the mid season changes and the drastic in between sim changes that are ruining teams and the game itself. This is also the core reason to a lot of teams that I known of to gut and/or go cpu.
Last season, I was a part of 3 teams that went cpu because of the sim changes that happen drastically.

you could have just as well signed players that were "within level range" from your loyal agents instead you chose to pick up level 40's you call it improving your team i call it STACKING your team you taking the easy way out man it's just like with hacks in online games why bother playing COD4 if you got an aimbot shooting everyone for you where is the skill involved where is the competition? i don't get it if you guys want to have high level players on your team then go play against other high level player teams in which case you should be all for the shuffle so you get to play teams who think just like you do and the rest of us can play against teams who think just like we do.

You have a built in assumption here that after a shuffle, the top teams from each of those leagues at the end of the season would still get promoted to AA. While the assumption might be true and what Bort was thinkin too, let's try and step back and think outside the box for a moment. What if the only teams that get promoted to AA were the teams that finished at the top end of the highest leveled post-shuffled league in A?

yeah it's a bandaide now till bort fixes it next season he can easily put a cap on a league and stop this from happening and restructure the whole way this all works It can be done heck i could manually do it for him right now if he wants give me like 8 hours i'll have the whole league realigned properly it's not that hard to do.

Do YOU want to recruit for me? Huh? Do you? I took who I could get. I made a deal with a buddy and I signed 2 of my players for his team and he signed 4 players on mine. I didn't care if they are within the level range. I am not going to turn down players just because they are high leveled and it might bother someone else. This game is about winning and having fun so I'll do that anyway I want to. This is an uncapped league so what may be stacking to YOU is improving to me and guess what, it doesn't matter what YOU call it, it's MY team. You don't own every team in the game, some owner may feel differently about things then you do, your best bet is to just get over it and play your game.

And what do the other leagues do for promoted teams? Do they just not relegate any teams from the AA leagues?

Very well i'll give the guy a break as long as we understand that this is an issue to be fixed if not now then next season for sure because teams shouldn't need to have to dump their whole roster and retool every season just to compete where is the loyalty to the agents and what happened to the real meaning of "team" it's stupid to have to compete 1 year then get rolled 2 years compete 1 year and get rolled 2 more years if you get promoted and if you want to keep the same team together.

So your point is that you should always be able to win? It's stupid that people expect that they should be able to be promoted into a league they win.
