It's a little easier to do when the CPU builds are awful:

How much speed does he have? 14? No way he's making a play here:

Anyways, didn't realize First Step could fire on more plays than just Counters, that gives me something to think about.

First Step is pretty good on a power back imo if you have the SP for the quickness.

So I'm playing around with a pure scrambling QB, since the QB doesn't call QB runs, and I'm noticing some things...

I leave Scramble frequency to often, and I've been playing with the rollout...

When rollout is set to often he'll take about 5+ sacks a game but average around 50 - 60 yards scrambling a game on about 8 or so scrambles.
When rollout is set to sometimes it varies sometimes he scrambles often time he doesn't. I need more data with this as I've mostly had it on almost always.
When rollout is set to almost never he rarely scrambles but when he does it's a big pickup...

It seems like a high risk reward when it comes to rolling out with scrambling QBs... You take a lot of sacks but you can get some big gains... Another thing I notice is that with the way the CPU calls plays most of the scrambles are on 3rd down and fall short of getting a first down... And with a high rollout frequency the team that the QB is on looses frequently and has around 150 or so passing yards.

Does this only work because he's helping shitty CPU dots be slightly less shitty?

Pure Leader has continued crushing his way through seasoned going 9-2 so far. I wish there were a more direct way to quantify the effect of the leadership on the team, but there aren't any end game stats on morale or energy usage.

The Artist Formerly Known As OH NO HE DI'INT! Had a 9 TD game with over 550 yards. That's not even including this 80 yard check-down-thing-of-beauty...

I kept watch the free safety over and over and thinking "what is he talking about....the FS sucked on that play"

I get it now.

Puck up players went waste a s* point
http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/home/437884

My brother made a few tier 2 s* players. He was able to retire them after a few games and get the point back.

So I finally finished my PUPs Vet season. I have the results, but just to remind on the build:

Excluding 2 games where he had 6 and 10 carries as outliers, here are his range and median (min/median/max format) in a few stats:
Carries - 17/23/33
Yards - 84/157/319
YPC - 4.1/6.7/11.4
TD - 0/1/4
Fum - 0/1/3
FumL - 0/0/2

So his average PU game is about 150 yards at a 6.7 pickup per carry clip, for a single TD and a single fumble not lost. Not good enough against CPU competition imo, so not the right way to build an elusive I think. Probably would do better with less conditioning and more sprinting/quickness.

How did you get the stats?
