IF, that is the case, I have a hard time seeing there being an absolute protection against the duels. And if there was an absolute protection against the duels, there would have to be a way for the town to kill him, which would be the same as saying there is a PT player with an ability to kill. Yet Sugar says that very thought occurring to me makes me the SK.

I can see it both ways right now with Herod in or out of the game.

Schrauben touched on this earlier, but I just have a hard time believing that there was no PF for anyone in this game and that its a last man standing, everyone versus everyone game as Sugar wants us to think. Because if that is the case, then what is the point in us debating this anymore?

I assume most of us have the ability to kill in a duel, I was leaning towards we need to off whomever is aiding by making him face his partner in a duel, which would sort of fall in line with the movie I think.

So I'm gonna Vote Sugar, maybe Marc is his partner and not Ben....

Game Event

After the days discussions have concluded, and the town has come to a decision on who should fight in today's duel, they make their way into the streets. John Herrod steps out and asks "Who did you nominate for today's duel?". "Sugar Kapaa and marcmann2 were nominated" states a voice from the crowd.

"Sugar Kapaa? For a third consecutive day?" Herrod asks. "Clearly there is a bias here in the group, and I'm over-ruling his pick. In his place, benmint0n will be fighting in today's duel against marcmann2. Now, let's get this duel going already."

Sugar Kapaa has been removed from the duel today. benmint0n will be dueling in his place.

I need 3 throws from both benmint0n and marcmann2.

End of Day 3

Once again, it's shortly before 5 pm in the town of Redemption. The townsfolk start to file out and take their positions along the main street. John Herod steps slowly out of his office, taking his spot at the head of the street.

"Now that we've gotten the business done with who's participating today, let's see who can draw the quickest" he says.

With that, benmint0n and marcmann2 take their respective spots, roughly 20 paces apart, just waiting for the clock to strike 5.

tick....tick....tick...TOCK!

Just as soon as the clock strikes 5, you hear both people shoot. However, one of them was much more accurate than the other. You see benmint0n looking around, trying to find if or where he's been hit, and when you pan to the other end of the street, you see marcmann2 flat on the ground with a hole straight through the chest pocket of his shirt.

marcmann2 (Dog Kelly) is killed

Get your night actions in, if you haven't yet. I'll open the game back up once I've had a chance to process all the actions.

Start of Day 4

The townsfolk awaken with the sun and begin their normal days activities. The tournament participants all gather in the town center to discuss yesterday's events, as well as work towards deciding who will participate in today's duel. People start gathering in the center and after a while, it definitely seems like everybody who is coming, is already here. A quick count of the group reveals 4 players. 4 players? It seems that all the people that left the duel last night made it safely through the night!

The group makes its way back to the town center to begin their day.

With 4 alive, it takes 3 votes to nominate a player into the duel.

Maybe Marc was the SK? Spin hasn't made clear anyone's alignment when they've died in the duels.

I think that should solidify Sugar as John Herod. He definitely has protection in the duels, but maybe its all used up now. A mayor role would allow a swapping of the lynch, which would fit with the role of John Herod who rules the town.

Dog Kelly was an actual outlaw in the movie if memory serves. Since Sugar seems to think everyone else is an outlaw too (which I don't believe to be true), perhaps marc was his partner after all.

If this is true how do we defeat him then?

Do we want to put him in another duel?

@timm are you thinking he won't be able to protect himself anymore?

Cause I'm down to put him in the duel again but we don't want to just put him in there if he can win it no matter what
