And someday when you need credit, the rates that they offer you are probably going to be terrible.

Hasn't been a problem so far. Own my house and property, both our cars and a pontoon boat. It's pretty easy to buy those things with cash. Saves all that getting the loan approved stuff.

Pharmacy fun-fact: Flonase is just awful. They recently went OTC, so a prescription is no longer required.

First, the OTC version and the rx version are exactly the same outside packaging and size in a very small way. I don't remember what we acquire it for but without insurance it went for about $150 a bottle. OTC, it's $13. This is extremely common with borderline otc products, just so yall know. There is no real reason you're paying a lot. It's not an expensive drug for the most part, it's not usually rare, manufacturers just want to make thousands of percent returns.

Second, most people thought it was to be more competitive with Nasacort, previously the only OTC steroid nasal spray, at a lower price. Turns out there have been a wave of recent reports saying mometasone (the steroid in Flonase) is pretty much universally inferior to fluticasone (the most common nasal steroid) in all categories from effectiveness to severity of side effects, and equivalent to triamcincolone (less common) in effectiveness while being inferior in side effects.

Pretty much all Flonase has going for it is that its cheap as shit now, and they're hoping their price point makes people forget they were charging 10x that for a prescription and they suck compared to any other nasal steroid

Been doing some sizable market sizing type work and I'm amazed with how bad some parts of the country are with high end/nice restaurants. West Virginia in particular looks like a place a foodie should never live.

Basically the higher the population and the more varied the demographics, the better the food. When you get more people of different cultural backgrounds in one place, food is shared and combined, leading to a wealth of options in fusion or food you'd otherwise not know existed. Places like WV are pretty homogenous as far as background and it's not overly concentrated in any area.

Prolly like my state. Most people are really good cooks here so any restaurant that goes in will be shit that no one wants to eat. Why pay for something I can make better myself?

I'll give more detail to explain this.

For this given product category, Charleston and Huntington West Virginia have a combined market size of $50,649.67.

Chicago (obviously the top end of the spectrum, but still) comes in over 1.5 million.

Asheville North Carolina alone is worth just under 100k. The West Virginia cities just don't have it going for them.

Yep, I worked at the Gerber baby food plant there for about a month, welding, and installing stainless steel piping. It is a nice town. I think Billy Graham ministries is also located there.

FYI...baby food cooking smells hideous!
