Neither my wife or I need another job, but I started thinking...

Is this a job that can be done part-time? Is it necessary to have a public office? Can this be a business run from home?

I ask because it doesn't seem like it involves much effort. And, who knows where the future leads. My wife may one day want to work from home.

It requires a license, and that license takes some training to obtain.

Isn't it similar to real estate? Aren't there classes and a test? Also why did some one down vote this post?

unless it's changed, it's not that intense. I was an unsuccessful insurance salesman for a little while....got my health/life insurance license and passed the series 6 exam, which allowed me to sell variable life policies, too. I self-studied for both exams for about a month and passed easily.

Papa Johns:
Seahawks Combo, One large three topping pizza with 2-liter of pop - 12 dollars
Small pizza with two toppings - 14 dollars

Fuck you.

I admit I'm far from a business mastermind, but how the hell does it pay off to charge 20 percent more for a quarter as much pizza?

Should we have a 500 flex package that costs 40 dollars for *reasons*?

And it's not even a one-off special, every single time I've looked at their site in the past 6 years, you could get a large pizza for around 12 dollars. And you've never been able to get a small pizza for less than 14.

i guarantee if you call them right now, and ask them how much for a 1 topping large and 1 topping small. the small will be cheaper. they just always have some promotion going on that makes the small pizza a horrible deal.

Lol--I've posted a direct answer to a simple question before such as "what time is it?" and noticed later that I got a -1 for doing so.

I was banned once from Guild Wars 2.

The OP wrote a guide, I posted that he should use bold to highlight points, then he asked how to bold, then I answered and was banned for "posting off topic".

There used to be LOTS of forums out there like that, with absolute zealots modding them. Back in the late 90s and early 2000s that was more the norm than the exception it seemed.

It's certainly not the first thing that comes to mind. I just know someone who seems to be doing well for himself. I watched him in action and he doesn't do shit. Also, as someone said, it doesn't seem difficult to get a liscence.

It's just a thought for a little side income. The idea is that it would be free time work and, if I'm not successful, fuck it. I have another job. My wife wants to work and she doesn't want to work at home, but it's just a thought in case she would change her mind. (I doubt it since she's got solid retirement where she's at and is in no remote danger of losing the job.)

How possible would it be to use it as side income, like a few extra thousand? I have no fear of being unsuccessful, this would just be lagniappe.

And, to be honest, I dont need extra money, I'm just blown away at how well this guy does for himself without seemingly doing much at all. I just figure I could not do shit, too, and make extra money. lol

if he is truly making good money, then he does WAY more than you think he does. does he generate his own sales leads or is he getting them from a 3rd party?
