Probably not, and will be counter productive. Working out should actually help you sleep better.

Muscles need down time to grow and heal after intense workouts. A good nights sleep is the best thing you can do when working out. You should give the muscles you work out, at least 48 hours recoup time.

Physical exertion will usually help you sleep better.

Outside of that, maybe? Lifting isn't going to drastically increase your cardiovascular health unless you're severely out of shape. It might help balance hormones a bit better, but I don't know.

Not much control to compare it to since I've been lifting since forever and I'm still lazy as fuck. Whenever I manage to get into the routine of regularly doing cardio, I feel much better. Not so much from lifting.

In the immediate after working out, yes you'll have more energy. If you work out in the evenings you'll be restless in bed.

No it's not some magic item to give you energy 24/7.

No, but there is a monk order in Japan who train all year long so they can spend a whole month without requiring any sleep at all.

A catholic priest can rub holy water on a pregnant woman's belly to pass a baby. I can rub acid on a cat's ass, and he'll pass a Cadillac.

What's your point?

According to CEO Elon Musk, a new Tesla battery could be the primary source of power for your home and will also offer large-scale utilities a way of storing energy more efficiently.

Do want. I hope someone does a study on it soon to see if it has any effect on circadian rhythm or if there could be a way to alter it slightly to stimulate vitamin D production without being too intense. Could be a boon for offices or places where people work away from windows for most of the day

If it cant do either of the above, it still looks awesome.

Even forgetting the vitamin D. Hospital settings would be huge, specifically eying your long-term patients.

Definitely. It could do a whole lot for making a hospital seem less confining and improving the overall mood of elderly/pediatric patients

Despite the video evidence, which DuFault’s attorney admitted he had yet to see, her defense team plans a vigorous defense that may focus on the teen boys as the aggressors.

“If the video depicts certain things happening…that doesn’t mean that my client’s not innocent,” attorney Timothy Smith told NJ.com after DuFault’s court appearance in September. “People are victimized by juveniles all the time.”
