I would say if you could get to 210 receptions you though you would be ranking among the top 10 in that category for rookie.

fwiw the best way to go back and look at older statistics is going to the HoF, rookie tier, wr position, and go down season by season. It isn't optimal but it works for what you were trying to do.

What about something like PDs all time in a season? Starscream is on pace to break all the all time PD record in one season from what I can tell through the 4 seasons I can see in GLB Scout. He has 38 through 16 games:

It isn't as easy to use the HOF to track down PDs since most HOF players don't have many PDs.

It is rookie so receiving is much harder, but compared to the competition, he is destroying it.

Through 16 games (he only played in 15), he leads the tier in:

112 receptions (next 13 are TEs) closest WR has 61
971 yards (next 15 are TEs) closest WR has 694
449 YAC, closest WR has 179
7 TDs, closest WR has 5

And he only has 13 drops, which ranks about 40th

Just by looking how far he is ahead of the 2nd place WR, he has to be setting some rookie records.

If you don't see any record for something, then feel free to do the homework and write it up. Rob did a lot of the work, but can't do it all. He has been great at updating the front page with work others do, especially this season. It does take a lot of time to go through HoF to do a good job, but I have found that you learn a lot by seeing the builds and it is kind of fascinating to see how the meta changes. bhall43 and you are on your way to getting a good list down.

And as GE said "It isn't as easy to use the HOF to track down PDs since most HOF players don't have many PDs." It is a shame that some stats are hard to research and hence get left out, like DT Rev Cakes The stats I would like to see/do next are PD, Coffins, punt avg, cakes by TE and WR, LB Int/PD, and the brutally impossible to research Target/Rec % of CBs et al.

Do folks use Stobie's scout to look this stuff up?

Yes, GLBScout is very good in some aspects. There are some limitations though.

- you can only go back 4 years
- you cannot search by position
- you have to search per season

You can, however, run a query that will give you all the defensive stats for every player in season 20. Then you can sort by stat. So you can quickly find who had the most PDs in season 20 in the entire game, or in a specific tier.

If Stobie can make the query go back to season 1, you can find who has the most PDs in a season in about 5 minutes.

I am curious if we can drum up the teams with the greatest offenses/defenses/point differential in GLB2 history. Who wants to start the bragging?

Maybe Rob can include these Team Records. They could include rushing/rec/etc records.

Probably one of the Rob/Sov or TxSteve/Maddencoach teams for defense.
