Then boosted 3 more times in the playoffs. So we are left with teams full of level 23 and 24 players.

These teams get promoted to leagues that are full of high leveled players. The builds may be questionable since they were the bottom leagues not to long ago. Still its enough to freak out any owner. This causes some owners to get high leveled playes and the arms race begins. Well, this sucks the life out of about 45 boosters. Multiply that by the number of teams promoted and you just lost a good chunk of change. The funny thing is this has happened every season.

Now the level 23 to 24 players must play backup to a higher leveled player or find another team. They can't get back into their old league because its capped at 21. So they are forced to backup where ever they go. These players were the future of the expansion league. They proved themselves to be the best of the best by winning early. Now they are doomed to backup. This is the frustration that agents have with the current system from what I understand.

Not to mention the Owner that worked his/her ass off to recruit said boosters with good builds, who now have to go out and recruit an entire new roster if they want to be competitive. However, if the Owner wanted to stick with his current roster and not screw the agents that were so loyal to him, he has to suck it up and lose for another 2 seasons before the team becomes competitive again.

The only people that are against this vote are teams that went out and brought in extremely high level players that were looking forward to smoking all the lv 30's in their league. Now, they have to face equal competition and are afraid.

That's what I'm going to do anyway. I'm not going to send away my loyal agents and bring mercenaries every year just to be on top. We'll find our way to the top someday, the 10 season limit will come sooner for those high level players than us!

I just really don't want to wait that long. Moreover, agents get tired of losing every season. Eventually, you'll only be left with 10 or so of the original team.... By then, it would have made more sense to just recruit your way to the top.

I really don't see why anyone had to get promoted at all from the new BBB's this season. Everyone knew all of us would be out-leveled unless we scrapped our entire team.

I think you guys might be overreacting. You are saying that if an owner sticks with his roster, they automatically lose. That's completely incorrect. I could show many examples to the contrary of that statement. Maybe when a team reaches AA, that happens for a season but in A, that's not really too big of a problem. Of course some teams will struggle but there are usually more teams that suceed then there are that struggle.

Oh and to be honest about it your team last season actually had higher lvl players on it then mine did but we still beat you didn't we?

Go recruit more 40+ we don't want a chance you might lose to a level 25 team we wouldn't want that you should recruit more 40+ just in case so you can buy some more victories.

So thats a yes to the shuffle Val? Your confident in your mercenaries.
