You have to be thanking the Storms TE for this one, he had a bad game 0 for 6, with a not clutch play:

I didn't take it as an insult, actually the pass % was one of the first things I noticed about the results of the game. My team had been giving up 60%+ to some of the better passing teams and I actually thought I might have a chance in this one if I was able to keep that pass % low. It was just one of those games where I seemed to give up every possible 3rd down pass and your drives kept on going and going. Considering I had a few broken tackles and the pass def wasn't awful from a % stand-point I think there is a chance this team could be more competitive a season or two from now.

Running teams still seem to be doing well in Vet. Once a season rolls by and people stop pumping run defense so hard I think things should start to look up for us in Journeyman. One more season where we struggle to crack into the top 10 most likely though.

only problem is that in journeyman you are gonna be seeing the pro+ teams who already have their tackling skill good.

still unsure what to do with BEEF. Seems like going the non RQB approach is the way to go from here on out as that seems to be the easiest thing to stop in seasoned as far as the run goes.

I'd prefer BEEF stay around. The more competition the better.

GG BEEF. That turned out pretty much how I expected it to. Tried a different set of D plays and tactics with no sign of improvement vs all run. Back to the drawing board.

BEEF will still be around. The question is just whether or not we stick around with the current offense. Defense will be completely revamped.

i don't really want to restart from rookie again because i like to watch my players at the upper levels. so even if we went belly up most of the superstars, or at least mine would stick within the tier or even on the team.

GG, we have been working a bit on the offense and it seems to be improving somewhat.

Not all of them were dropped clutch plays

Look at this beautiful beast of a SS made by SavageJ (he makes good defensive players).

So I need to work on tactics. I watched the replay of that debacle AND apparently the tactics & plays I chose didn't mesh, resulting in me running 2 plays. Harsh lesson. Not saying the other plays would've stopped you or drastically changed the result. But I think that I may have had a better showing.

PORN has such a monstrous offensive lead over the rest of Sophomore it's ridiculous. They have 1,112.5 more yards than the 2nd place team, and 117 more points than the 2nd place team. I'm 7th in both yards and points, and they have 302 more points than me.

They're averaging only 3.25 punts a game. At this point I'm expecting them to save salary next season and go with a lower tier punter.
