++++++++++The New System is Much, Much Cheaper Per Player ++++++++++++++++++

In my mind, I am paying for a player and that player has about 4 viable seasons.

The total cost of a player is greatly reduced...that is a big discount in my mind already. (4300 vs 3100 by his math...enormous discount imo).

With further extended plateau, it amounts to about a 50% discount.

The more I look at the breakdown... The more I like this.

Nice to get players to top build and enjoy them there for 5 seasons!

Still very possible to reach, but probably harder to stay there.

Uh ... no. Just because you only want to count four seasons doesn't make that an accurate price at all. I guess it's good news that extra plateau keeps costs relatively the same as they are now, though.

jebs casual will be able to win casual in 1st season plateau, find a cpu regular pro team to take over 2nd season plateau, make it to WL in it's 3rd season plateau, miss the wl playoooofs in 4th season plateau, go back over to casual and win in 5th season plateau

Can we have the first posts updated with some of the more popular age conversions, end of season ages, and especially:
What age are 400d dots going to be? Right now we have "plateau" which kills XP but not training, and then "extended plateau" which freezes it all. In the new system, there's no plateau with no XP but with TP, so where will age 400d dots end up?

You could always give the one additional season for free, then if someone wants to extend for second they have to buy the extension for some non-refundable flex cost. The people with players they turned out as they liked will get a little more time of of them, and the people with players that didn't pan out won't feel compelled to buy the extension. Extra revenue, more quality players around at the top.
