Got in a full yelling match with a customer today. First time in my 6 months there that someone has pissed me off that much.
Protip: don't threaten to assault someone in a pharmacy. There's witnesses everywhere, there's cameras everywhere, and insulting the person who controls your medication and how much you'll pay is not a very bright idea

If someone is being reasonable we'll spend some extra time adding discount cards or splitbilling to see how low we can get the price. If someone is being a dick, they pay the first price the insurance gives us.

But having been raised on my mom and dad's hospital stories (almost 80 years of experience between the two of them) and then WORKING in a hospital for about a decade, yes I can say that I'm quite informed.
And as my sister graduates next year with a major in education, I get quite a great amount of news and sources on education.
Those are probably the two subjects I am easily most versed in. I have opinions on several others, but they're just that, opinions.
