There are several tricks to remove the rusted fasteners, Romo had the right idea, but he he was still off the mark. Instead of using WD-40 you need to use a hardcore penetrating oil. Liquid Wrench works pretty good, start with that. Spray it on the bolt and let it sit for a minute than torque the stuck on fastener. If the clearances allow use a big ass wrench, and then extend it with a pipe so you get more torque, if that doesn't work than your best option is heat. A propane blow torch does not get hot enough, you will need a acetylene torch. If you can borrow it from an auto store or home improvement, that will make removing those fasteners a breeze. Heat it until it's almost white hot, then stick your socket on the fastener and work quickly.
Find out what size the fasteners are on your suspension, and try using the SAE equivalent. Most likely they will be metric, the SAE equivalent will have a tighter fit. Lube that bolt up with penetrating oil and hammer your socket on with a rubber mallet.
