It's happened to everyone... well nearly everyone... at least a few times since the CPU changes. Their balanced and boosted builds can be a little dangerous with some morale assistance.


It's how the chamrs as a middling team in vet can sometimes surprise much better teams - morale is crazy good.

One person confidently states what they want, and I have to explain that's not what everyone wants and it's not practical to implement. The game can't functionally work different for everyone, and if it did that's also something a lot of people wouldn't want. If everyone wanted to see different and diverse teams, they would make different and diverse teams. Unsurprisingly, the people at the top care more about using what has the best chance of winning than using what's different.

The mathematics of the game will always create 1 play/build type that allow a certain approach to be best....implying its just a reality of a PvP game

Just do what I did...and change the meta yourself. I did with zone

I do my own shib, meta be damned. I also share openly the dumb shib I do... mostly.

Ha - not bothered. Corndog's just got pride in a game he's worked on for a long time and I've never won Miss Congeniality anywhere even if I put on a wig and a mini skirt.

Thing is if you bring up a suggestion about overall diversity of experiences - without the caveat that balance is inherently a game designer issue - I'd have 5-6 regulars who enjoy optimization coming down and taking it with all the grace of me asking them if I can take their significant other to a dirty weekend in Vegas.

On the other hand Corndog even when he doesn't like something originally - tends to think about them later on.
