I am pretty sure than nobody thinks that's what I mean. Extreme builds (to me) mean taking one or two primaries so high that your secondary attributes are gimped to a meaningful degree (insert subjective definition of "gimped secondaries" here). Smart building for efficiency is just good dot management.
