Hard Thinker- This player hesitates before he does something but usually makes the right decision but can miss something for hesitating too long. Each level this player recieves a 2% vision bonus but a -1% to confidence.

For the QB the hot streak, when he completes a certain amount of passes in a row he then activates an automatic bonus and boost to all attributes and SAs until an incompletion occurs.

Another one is the Indomitable Spirit this player is so competitive that he wills his way to succeed and will make plays when the team is waning.

Bloodlust for the front seven will do wonders for the player(s) attempting to intimidate to make a play while shattering the oppositions pride ..

We've been told to keep any VA discussions here, regardless of what its about regarding VA's.

I will suggest....

- VA resets whenever there are changes that affect the VA's. We didn't get it with SA's, but the majority (I think) are pretty happy Bort has given them to us with VA's.

If not, one VA reset this offseason to deal with the roster cap, allowing teams to reconfigure to the new format.

2 Step- This player is quick off the line, for every level of "2 Step", you get a 5% boost to Agility when on the Line of Scrimmage as a receiver.

I don't think this is currently out there or has been suggested before. If so, I apologize and request a lock.

On Field Communicator VA

This VA would be available to level 45 + players only, and would be more effective for players with high vision.

This would allow players to "communicate" prior to the snap. Increasing the awareness (vision) of the players directly effected.

Example

TE has "On Field Communicator" VA. After lining up, the TE passes a vision check. Based on the current play being called; Outside Rush to his side, he is able to determine that the LB on his side is cheating to the outside of the field (possibly allowing the LB to have a more direct route to the ball carrier). The TE is then able to "communicate" this fact to the HB, G (if assigned to pull to that side) and FB (if assigned to lead block). This would cause a small increase to each notified players awareness (vision) for that play.

How about an adapt VA. Many real players do have to adapt to new teams and systems. A generic (adapt) VA that can be assigned to any VA at the beginning of each season. Then no resets would ever be needed since 15 VP could be adapted each season.

EDIT:

An expansion on this idea since it would become to powerful quick.

Adapt VA
The ability to adapt to any VA in the offseason. This VA counts as 2/3 of any VA applied to.

For example if you have 15 VP in adapt only 10 points can be adapted in the offseason. If that VA has points assigned there is still a max of 15 so some VP will be waisted. The strategy is the ability to adapt. Its at least a 5 VP trade off but for some agents that may be worth it. For others it is not.

is this going to get any consideration?

Seems like it could be an excellent VA for an OT or a Special Teams coverage specialist too, and it makes sense in football logic.

Anybody should have the ability to get up quickly.

Playoff Player- In the playoffs, this guy is ready! For every point added, this player gains a +3% to Agility and a 2% Bonus to Vision.

Agility? Talk about overpowered. There's the Heart of a Champion VA for this general purpose, but this is way more powerful than that one. HoaC might be too weak, and maybe in addition to all the Confidence it gives, it should give some smaller amount of Stamina and Vision as well.

Ready for the playoffs is bonuses to Confidence (know you can do well), Stamina (in especially good shape for the playoffs), and Vision (extra time preparing mentally and watching game films). You can't prepare and get up to 45% more Agility.

I also think there can't be any improved playoff VA's, anyway, until we hit a point where there are no further VA resets, whatsoever, as opposed to just not an automatic every-season reset, because it makes people too adaptive to their team's needs (as per the VA suggested above), but without the spend up to 15 points to adapt 10 cost that balances that one out.
