When a possession WR gets two drops and fails a Catch in Traffic roll, that's where I'm having issues. If the 100 Rec Hands 90 Rec Con 98 CiT WR gets a chance to put his hands on the ball, he should be coming down with it. That's the trade-off for the lack of speed and the inability to make those long yardage plays.
You make a lot of eight yard catches, so long as the CB doesn't knock the ball away. But when the CB fails to knock the ball away, you make the catch way more often than not.
Otherwise you might as well drop the cookie-cutter now, because if you can't break the big gain and you can't reliably catch in coverage, what is the point of building anything but a speedster?
You don't need to be a Speedster to be a good WR, but you do need to be able to outrun the Offensive lineman.
