They should take a hard look at what needs to be done to get more dots into the game imo, then everybody wins. I've been on quite a few 8-8 pro teams and basically the biggest reason is the dots dont compare.

I know GLB would worry about lowering flex cost or player creation/boost cost, but honestly I'm gonna spend what I spend on this game regardless and I think most GLBers are the same. If they double flex cost I'll build half as many guys, if they 1/2 the flex cost I'll build twice as many guys.

That and speed up the building process. Dots should be Pro level by the end of their 5th or 6th Season and then have their 6-8 seasons at Pro Level.

This wouldn't work tbh....you would have all of the players in the pro level for 6-8 season, and the other guys coming too fast. this would leave too many players with no where to go...bad idea.

Americas, Eurasia, Africa, Australia/Oceania imo. Get all the continents involved.

This times a million. I think having the 8 pro leagues plus a WL is a great system. It allows more teams to experience the "end game" feeling, whereas, only 4/5 regions lets a handful of teams that have good networks in place to have a monopoly on the system.

The problem with our 8 pro leagues is simply the lack of quality dots to fill them out with. GLB should be more focused on increasing the # of dots in the game - not limiting the number of teams / leagues. Just makes a lot more sense from a business model perspective.

There are simply a number of ways to do this like Spider suggested.

Faster leveling
Instant level 40 and 66 dots
Players cost less flex
Longer plateau even...

This seems like a more worthwhile pursuit than completely re-organizing the league structure every 10 seasons to accommodate the number of agents / dots.

Faster leveling is the #1 thing that needs to happen in this game. Unfortunately it looks like its going take a lot longer to convince stubborn/ignorant DD that it would be better financially for the game.

The bold is not an option... either those dots will be better than dots made from scratch or not quite as good (we all know that wont be as good). That idea would just be another means to separate the hard core elite (those that will patiently build from scratch to dominate) from the rest.

Players cost less flex is a no brainer... I think its fair to say that most of us are going to spend X amount on this game and build as many players as that amount will allow for. GLB does not loose money by doing this... it gains players.

I think the plateau is probably just right.

Most teams drop down constantly after a certain level because the player pool just isn't there in the pros. This would increase the pool and make the pros what they shouled be.

+1 , Every age group needs more dots immediately, or disaster ensues. srsly.

I think the reason why this suggestion got more "thumbsdowns" than it should have is because of the title.. "..Condense Pro Leagues". I think the nay-sayers are those that want to preserve all 8 regions. What they do not understand is that National Pro should have been this new hemisphere league and Regional Pro should have been the current 8 Pro Regions (it even fits the name "Regional").

It is such a shame the higher ups have taken virtually no time to discuss what they do not like about this, especially before the new age structure / league names were put into place.
