yeah the drop off in experience at the higher levels and the ridiculous costs for equipment upgrades and skill points for attributes makes it not even worth having high level players anymore.

thats the kinda team i got also, but i do the best i can with what i have, and far as the game goes i agree with cerneo , i thought he rode the short bus from his post earlyer in the season but that one he just did was spot on about the game . this game needs many changes but will they ever come?

Bort just announced the new updates for this season. Most of them are player oriented and should be good for those that don't own teams....more options with training and equip, etc.

Not much about sim changes other than that injuries are coming and you will no longer have to adjust training to get energy back up. According to him it will go back to 100% every night, but in game stamina/energy will remain the same.

As of right now there has been nothing mentioned about nerfing or build stuff, but we all know how that works. Bort usually makes those changes unannounced and they're usually either after everyone has boosted or in the middle of the season. He did say that he will be working on more detailed offensive tactics in the near future but he's asking for suggestions so its obvious he doesn't have anything even close to being rolled out for at least this season.

I think at higher levels the game becomes more fun, because its more about who has the right build, and who can game plan. I love the game more now than in season one.

I agree to a point but that only applies if he quits changing what qualifies as the "right build."

I dont have a problem with his changes. If you build what should be a great player using common football knowledge, it will come out in the wash in your favor. If you are trying to game the system and built the max possible player for right this moment in glb there is a good chance you can get left behind.

I agree with Buddy. Football knowledge and RPG knowledge should work together hand'n hand. Too much of one and not enough of the other can make the game frustrating or boring.

Exactly. Which is why I'm very glad our players haven't gone to any extremes with their builds. Those with the extreme builds towards one end or the other don't perform for long. A good, solid, all around build however will get you a long ways in the long haul.

Indeed, I concur.

Change happens. You can't stop it. You can only prepare for it because you know its coming.

The sad thing is there is this discussion in about every league forum, an insane amount of posts in the main forum yet little changes. For once I agree with a Cerneo post and hope that the game gets better fast or interest will be lost by many.

For all the people complaining about changes...I'd like to see someone do better, till then...you either quit, or you continue to play.

I don't think this is all Bort does, from the looks of it.

Keep that in mind.
