Oh so I just magically learned how to take my team from an 8th seed wildcard in season 2 to a conference champ contender in season 3 and now a league champ contender in season 4 ??? Yeah ! That MAGICALLY happened overnight and the fact that my chemistry bar has been at 100 for the past 2 seasons has NOTHING to do with it ? Correct ?

No. . .it obviously happened over the course of 3 seasons. You show yourself that there was a steady improvement, clearly not overnight.

When our team chemistry was in the 20's our team was not successful at all on the field. As our chemistry recovered our team seemed to execute plays more successfully on the field. Maybe it is a coincidence but there is a correlation.
