hello all....Denver Shockers here, Didn't realize there was a forum for our league to busy getting my balls busted by free agents wanting to bankrupt our team *L* Anyway I shall be around now that I found my way here Congrats Horde...stomped our asses today...nice win

wonder if they could make league forum show up where the team forums are. make it a lot easier for dumb people like me to find them

Alright! Nashville Fury got its first win against The Energy. Our team is really coming together. We're looking forward to the next game against Dearborne Bullitt.

On another note, the Memphis River Rats look incredibly tough. We play them in two games, and that is going to be a very tough matchup for us. In fact, the next three weeks are going to be challenging. We face the #1, #2, and #3 ranked teams in the east during that stretch (and we already faced the #4 team last week). Ouch! We'll be bringing the pain to some of them, and I expect will be bearing some pain afterwards as well.

This looks like a nice competitive league so far.

Ouch, what a brutal way for the Thunderhawks to lose. Down 7, on the goal line, and you don't have the stones to go for the equalizer. Wow.

I didn't realize the Fury had such a stacked early season schedule, either, but hey, if you can get past those games with a win or two, you could get on a roll in the second half of the season.

Thankfully, you guys taught us a few things from the first game. You definitely gave us far more than we could handle, but hopefully we've honed our technique to pull out a couple wins from the next three games.

By the way, what's with the name "Lizard Licks"? For some reason, I thought that was one that the game had assigned.

The CPU team I bought was called the Charlotte Power. Like Charlotte, Lizard Lick is an actual place in North Carolina. I picked Lizard Lick because I was tired of seeing so many teams from places like Chicago, Detroit, etc. They were so generic, and I felt like the small towns were getting left out, so I went with a little community with a bizarre name that most people have never heard of.

We will see what he does in the USA. Hope he isn't a bust... Well, we kind of do.

Another good game this week will be the #2 San Francisco Fire vs the #6 Oklahoma City Strikers. Both going into the game undefeated but only one will remain. May the best team win.
